Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing landlords and their portfolios
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • Landlord accounts queries
  • Entering purchase invoices and contractor payments
  • Disbursing payments
  • Reconciling contractor and landlord accounts
  • Chasing overdue rents/debts

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an exceptional verbal and written communicator, able to switch your style depending on who you're dealing with. You will also need to be able to prioritise and plan work effectively.
