At XCEL BESPOKE Ltd, we are seeking an exceptional Client Portfolio Manager to drive business growth and development across our key client base.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Director in growing and developing three clients with a combined annual turnover of £2.5m.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet business objectives, including cost management and sales growth.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintain existing sales revenue within accounts while seeking areas for growth and expansion.
  • Utilize customer contact tools and systems to update relevant information.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant insights.
  • Record, analyze, and report on sales performance, adhering to systems and requirements.

Skills and experience:

2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Project Management, with key account experience.

Tenacious, highly motivated, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, with strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Office, and a full driving license with access to a vehicle.

Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the UK and globally.

Circa £35k + bonus salary.
