The Role of a Bath House Attendant

As a Bath House Attendant, you will be supporting our guests throughout the Spa, maintaining the pool areas, and ensuring the Spa is in an orderly state. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service skills and a high standard of personal presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the pool areas to the highest standards
  2. Support guests throughout their Spa experience
  3. Ensure the Spa is clean and tidy at all times
  4. Provide exceptional customer service
