Public Area Attendant Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team at Hotel Indigo Bath. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and good order of our public areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for our guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including storage areas and employee spaces.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to the required standard.
- Handle guest queries in a courteous and professional manner, escalating as necessary.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment, damaged furniture, or maintenance problems.
Requirements:
- Excellent personal presentation and a strong work ethic.
- Proactive and able to work under own initiative.
- Drive to consistently meet high standards in terms of cleanliness and brand pillars.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
