Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team at Hotel Indigo Bath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and good order of all rooms to create a pleasant environment for our guests and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and good order of all rooms, including cleaning and maintenance of all storage areas, public areas, and employee areas.
- Handle any guest queries in a courteous and professional manner and escalate as required.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment, damaged furniture, or maintenance problems.
Requirements:
- Excellent personal presentation and a strong work ethic.
- Proactive and able to work under your own initiative.
- Drive to consistently meet our high standards in terms of cleanliness and brand pillars.
