Located in a stunning Georgian terrace, Hotel Indigo Bath is a boutique hotel steeped in history and culture. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be part of a team that creates a warm and welcoming environment for guests.

Our 166 rooms are designed to reflect the city's rich history and architecture. From the moment guests arrive, they will be immersed in the fascinating neighbourhood of Bath.

As a key member of our Housekeeping Team, your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and good order of public areas, storage spaces, and employee areas. You will handle guest queries in a courteous and professional manner, escalating as necessary, and report any maintenance issues or damaged furniture.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Public Area Attendant with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, but this is not essential. You will need to have excellent personal presentation, a strong work ethic, and the drive to consistently meet our high standards.
