The Role of a Bath House Attendant

As a Bath House Attendant, you will play a vital role in supporting our guests' journey throughout the Spa. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the pool areas, ensuring the Spa remains in an orderly state, and providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have superb customer service skills and a high standard of personal presentation. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
