About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dermatological care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a first-class clinical service to patients with a wide range of dermatological conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct clinical research and participate in departmental meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dermatology.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Full registration with the GMC and a place on the GMC Dermatology Specialist Register.
  • Wide experience in all aspects of dermatology, culminating in the award of Certificate of Completion of Training by the GMC or Certificate of Eligibility for Specialty Registration (CESR) by the GMC.
  • Experience in day-to-day organisation of dermatology services in a busy teaching hospital.
  • Familiarity with information technology and general computer skills.
  • Able to demonstrate leadership capability within multidisciplinary teams.
