Job Title: Consultant Dermatologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Dermatologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dermatological care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general dermatology and urgent skin cancer clinics
  • Undertake skin surgery and teledermatology sessions
  • Work on a rota with consultant and specialty doctor colleagues to provide inpatient dermatology consults
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the dermatology service
Requirements:
  • Full registration with the GMC and a place on the GMC Dermatology Specialist Register
  • Wide experience in all aspects of dermatology, culminating in award of Certificate of Completion of Training by GMC, or award of Certificate of Eligibility for Specialty Registration (CESR) by GMC
  • Experience in day-to-day organisation of dermatology services in a busy teaching hospital
  • Familiarity with information technology and general computer skills
