About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian speaking office administrator to provide administrative support to our busy team on a 3-month temporary contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support, ensuring smooth communication with staff members and clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Act as the main point of contact for staff members and clients, ensuring effective communication
  • Maintain and update project files and documents on the database
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a solid administration background, be self-motivated, and able to take initiative. You will be a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or Administration Executive is essential.
