Key Responsibilities:- Maximise performance in all areas of the casino, ensuring a high-quality product and customer experience.
- Support the Management Team in driving casino performance, measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics.

- Develop, coach, and mentor a strong team of multi-skilled employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage.
- Proactively drive sales, control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
- Ensure the casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and champion safer gambling practices.
