Casino Manager Opportunity

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Casino Manager to join our team at our Leicester casino. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive casino profitability, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements.
  • Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a casino management role, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
