Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Casino Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Leicester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving team performance, and upholding the principles of safer gambling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong team of multi-skilled employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage.
  • Deliver an excellent product and customer experience while upholding the principles of safer gambling through all gaming activities in the casino.
  • Drive the performance of the casino measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics.
  • Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
  • Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
  • Ensure the casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a champion for safer gambling.

Requirements

Outside of being a current PML License holder with experience in UK Gaming, you will be able to demonstrate previous success in driving team performance and profitability. As you'll be managing a team, you'll have a proven record and ability to lead people and communicate the standards and targets for a successful casino.

Previous experience may include roles such as Gaming Supervisor, Casino Shift Manager, Pit Boss, Casino Pit Supervisor, Casino Pit Manager, or similar.
