Graduate Inclusion Assistant

As a Graduate Inclusion Assistant with a focus on ASD, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 who require additional assistance due to their ASD needs. This may involve adapting learning activities to meet individual requirements, facilitating social interactions, and promoting independence.
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless integration into classroom environments. A key aspect of this role is the ability to use your creativity and imagination to make lessons engaging and enjoyable for pupils. We offer bespoke Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance your skills and confidence in supporting children with ASD.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£28,000 per annum.
