Graduate Inclusion Support Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate to fill the role of Inclusion Support Assistant at EdEx. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with complex needs.
Job OverviewThis is a long-term, full-time position that requires a high level of commitment and resilience. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Providing individualized support to students with SEN
- Developing strategies to promote social skills and engagement in the classroom
- Collaborating with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Adhering to safeguarding procedures and protocols
- A competitive daily rate of £105-£115
- Opportunities for career development and CPD
- A supportive and inclusive team environment

- A 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University
- Genuine interest in working with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desirable: previous experience in SEN or personal experience
