Job Description:

As a Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant at EdEx, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing one-on-one support to students with complex needs
  2. Helping students to engage and participate in their educational activities
  3. Working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  4. Developing and implementing strategies to support students with complex needs


A high-achieving secondary school are seeking an exceptional Inclusion Support Assistant to join their team. The perfect hard-working and resilient graduate to join their exceptional team will be working alongside pupils with complex behavioural needs who require some additional guidance from a positive and assertive role model. You will support with their everyday routine and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom. This is a full-time, long-term post, starting ASAP. A competitive daily rate - £105-£115, CPD opportunities including the opportunity for Salaried Teacher Training after one full academic year, working alongside likeminded individuals and receiving the best support and guidance from Specialist staff.
