About the Position

This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and compassionate individual to make a positive impact on the lives and futures of disadvantaged students. Working as part of our dedicated inclusion team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs, developing their confidence, and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide personalized support to students with Special Educational Needs, developing and implementing tailored learning plans in collaboration with the SENCO and inclusion team.
  • To work closely with teachers to design and deliver adaptive curricula that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • To establish strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in Psychology or a related field, with a passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with complex needs. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
