Job Summary:

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the ESG frameworks and reporting processes, including TCFD and SBTi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic ESG, TCFD, and SBTi reporting projects to help clients achieve their Net Zero strategy.
  • Provide expertise in carbon accounting and develop science-based targets.
  • Manage and implement relevant ESG frameworks and provide advice on implementing TCFD framework recommendations.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on ESG mandatory and voluntary regulation changes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality meets the highest standards.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills to drive success in managing complex clients and end-to-end projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve strict deadlines.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders such as Board members, Heads of Sustainability, CFOs, CEOs, and Risk General Managers.
  • Ability to work with multiple project and business teams.
