About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. ESG Reporting and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic ESG reporting projects to help clients achieve their Net Zero goals, ensuring alignment with TCFD and SBTi frameworks.
  2. ESG Framework Management: Manage and implement relevant ESG frameworks, providing expert advice and guidance on TCFD framework recommendations, including climate-related risk and opportunity assessments and climate scenario analysis.
  3. Data Quality and Accuracy: Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and quality in ESG reporting and analysis.
  4. Communication and Presentation: Develop excellent presentation skills (written and oral) to lead workshops, prepare reports, and present findings to clients.
Soft Skills

We are looking for individuals with experience in heavily regulated and complex work environments who can adapt quickly to our dynamic and growing team. Strong leadership skills are required to drive success in managing complex clients and end-to-end projects. The ability to build and develop strong client relationships is essential, as is the capacity to work with senior stakeholders, including Board members, Heads of Sustainability, CFOs, CEOs, Risk General Managers, and multiple project and business teams.
