Senior Care Assistant Position

This Relief Care Worker role presents an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
As a key member of our support staff team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to older adults in our care home. This will involve assisting with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks
- Preparing meals and snacks for residents, taking into account dietary needs and preferences
- Supporting residents with mobility issues and promoting independence
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly. Basic knowledge of care principles and practices is also essential.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits including paid training and opportunities for career progression.
