Connected Carer Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Connected Carer Professional to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. In this role, you will work directly with children and carers to understand their needs and deliver effective support plans.
You will be responsible for presenting reports at court and fostering panels, providing clear and evidence-based recommendations. Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills are essential for this position.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of children and their carers, as well as a commitment to Medway's relationship-based practice model. We offer a competitive salary of up to £46,646 per annum, plus a £2,000 annual retention payment after 2 years' service.
We also offer a relocation package of up to £8,000 for those residing at least 20 miles from the office, flexible working arrangements, and manageable caseloads. A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England is required for this position.
