About the Role

We're seeking a talented Kitchen Assistant Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and assisting the kitchen team to maintain a smooth service, ensuring everything is well-stocked and clean;
  • Maintaining hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to guarantee the safety of our team and customers;
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure they have everything they need to excel in their roles;
  • Collaborating with our chefs to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues efficiently;
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures.
