Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate lets between landlords and tenants with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Produce tenancy agreements and monitor tenant referencing through to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Assist with organizing repairs for the managed portfolio, maintaining a high level of property maintenance and upkeep.
  • Process changeovers of tenancies and liaise with utility suppliers, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.
  • Book inspections and viewings, providing excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Handle general lettings enquiries, providing accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Conduct general lettings administration, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar lettings negotiator role is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong administration background and ability to liaise with the general public, providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages, with a focus on proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle, with a valid driver's license.
  • You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
