  • Carry out occasional viewings
  • Manage application process
  • Oversee reference and credit checks

  • Liaise with the Accounts Team
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends and legislation
About You
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation
  • Excellent knowledge of the local market
  • Proven experience of influencing and business winning
  • Well-rounded approach with excellent people and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with a demanding workload
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Previous team management experience desirable
