Job Description: Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join their team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to support the compensation and benefits team during a busy period.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly compensation and benefits packages adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be required to audit and review information received ensuring relevant internal procedures are followed and deadlines achieved. Additionally, you will produce compensation and benefits reconciliation and control reports and answer queries and data requests from internal colleagues and external sources.

Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills; professional handling of customer and internal contacts
- Confident with a professional manner and customer-focused approach
- Good technical and numeracy skills, including Excel
- Minimum 2 years' experience in compensation and benefits administration in a fast-paced environment
- Practical experience of standalone and integrated HR and Payroll systems

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
