Payroll Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our finance team on a 12-month contract.

This opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic environment, responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing. You will be a key part of the finance function, taking ownership of tasks such as setting up new employees, managing leavers by calculating final pay, and administering statutory payments like Statutory Sick Pay (SSP).

About the Position
  • Collaborate with the Payroll supervisor to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Familiarity with statutory legislation regarding PAYE, Insurance, Statutory payments, and Pensions is essential.
  • Lead the processing and finalizing of monthly payrolls in line with payroll schedules.
  • Self-motivation and flexibility, coupled with strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills, are necessary.
