**Job Title:** Residential Care Officer - Full-Time
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Officer in Doncaster Council Children's Homes. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential homes.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues, family members, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and well-being.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £28,176 - £31,101 per annum.
- Annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
- Overtime paid at time and a quarter.
**Salary Package:** Our total compensation package includes a basic salary of £28,176 - £31,101, plus an annual allowance which brings the total compensation package to approximately £30,000 - £33,500.
