Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager in day-to-day operations, maintaining a compliant, safe, and homely environment. Foster relationships with children, promoting their emotional and physical well-being. Contribute to recruitment, training, and development of staff, identifying training needs and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements
Hold a Level 3 in Children's Residential Childcare Qualification (or equivalent). Either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements is essential. Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile to support our children and colleagues.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Comprehensive Induction and full training programme prior to starting in the Home.
