  • FCC Environment is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will ensure the accurate and timely payments of salaries, wages and expenses to employees. You will also ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and relevant statutory requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to develop and implement efficient payment processes, ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for verifying employee details, processing salary changes, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of FCC Environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,462.08 per annum (plus benefits) and 37.5 hours of work per week, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in financial operations or payroll management.
