About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Counsellor to join our team as a Counsellor on Placement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with children and young people in a therapeutic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4-18 in our partner schools.
  • Work in a therapeutic capacity with up to 3 children offering one-to-one counselling.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical team and help us improve the mental health and well-being of the children we work with.

About You

We are looking for a fully qualified Counsellor, Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about working with children and young people. You will have a Diploma in Counselling (Level 4 or above) or a Degree, MSc, or MA in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Psychotherapy. You will also have relevant experience of direct work with children.
