About the Role:

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Senior Children's Care Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser, partnering with a leading provider of Residential homes for Children.

The organisation caters for young people with complex needs, offering independence and high-level support to help them flourish and grow into confident adults. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to work with a smaller provider that prioritises the well-being of children over profits. The service has a family feel, with a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide day-to-day operational management of the residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
  • To lead a team of Deputy Managers and ensure they have the necessary training, guidance, and resources to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and standards.
