Job Title: Transport Programme Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Transport Programme Coordinator to join our Highways, Transport & Design service at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. The successful candidate will assist in the development and delivery of a portfolio of transport projects, with a focus on client role and programme management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of transport projects, including programme management and client liaison.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including public sector organisations and community groups.
  • Provide excellent support to the Programme Manager, including administrative tasks and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience of successful project management and programme delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
