About This Opportunity

Worley, a global professional services company, seeks an experienced Lead Nuclear Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting arm, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on circular and hydrogen economies, water stewardship, electrification, and climate change risk and adaptation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level technical expertise and experience in strategy and advisory support, early phase nuclear conceptual model development, project life cycle guidance, and technical leadership.
  • Work with clients to develop the right strategy, transition to a digital future, secure social license, enhance local communities, and power the energy transition.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS Engineering or advanced technology degree.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the nuclear industry or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior-level management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear technologies, including Conventional Nuclear Plants, SMRs, Advanced Reactors, LWR, HTGR, Molten Salt, Liquid Metal), nuclear fuel, nuclear fuel cycle, financing, and licensing.
  • In-depth understanding of the US and international nuclear market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Proven ability to work across functions, industries, and disciplines.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Worley offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
