We are looking for a skilled Social Services Manager to join our team at the Papanui site. This role involves working with children and families to make positive changes in our community. As a passionate advocate for whānau wellbeing, you will identify professional development needs of your team and support them to grow their capability and practice depth.

Role Description
This position requires an individual who is able to lead an effective team and be a team player. You will be responsible for leading an effective team, supporting team members to grow their capability and practice depth, and maintaining a full, clean, valid driver's licence. The ideal candidate will have a social worker qualification recognised by the SWRB and full registration with New Zealand's Social Work Registration Board (SWRB).

Salary and Benefits
