Job Summary:
Talent Finder is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings & Management Administrator to join our team in London. As a key member of our Sales, Lettings, and Property Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property listings, tenancies, and maintenance schedules.
- Process and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and lettings teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of property viewings and transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
