We are currently seeking a Mental Health Support Assistant to join our team at Mantley Chase, Newent. As a Mental Health Support Assistant, you will be supporting individuals with complex needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, challenging behaviours, physical disabilities, and Mental Health conditions.

In this role, you will be responsible for encouraging individuals to participate in their chosen activities or follow their interests, which may involve assisting them in the community. You will also need to coordinate scheduled activities using personalized rotas and liaising with others to ensure facilitated activities and appointments are attended.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and listening skills, as well as good basic comprehension of the English language, including basic literacy and numerical skills (GCSE level or equivalent). A valid UK Driving Licence is also essential.
