Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Urban Development Coordinator to join our team at East Cambridgeshire District Council. This full-time, permanent role will involve working 8:45 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45 am - 4:30 pm Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating urban development projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring effective project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating urban development initiatives, including transportation, housing, and community facilities
  • Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in urban development
Requirements
