About the Role
As a Training Administrator at Thorlabs, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from processing training requests to scheduling events and maintaining records. You will be working closely with our Learning and Development Manager and other members of the team to ensure that all training activities run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include answering training enquiries via email and telephone, working with training providers to book courses, and ensuring that evaluation of all courses takes place and is recorded. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining training records for all members of staff and coordinating delegates attending external training courses.

We are offering a competitive salary of £24,667.50 per year, plus an excellent benefits package, including pension, health care, and 25 days holiday plus public holidays.
