About the Role:

This opportunity enables you to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes for private clients and small-scale developers, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Main Duties:

  1. Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion;
  2. Preparing tender packages and developing concepts for future projects;
  3. Liaising with clients and consultants to ensure design decisions align with project goals;
  4. Coordinating site attendance and managing contractor queries;

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Part 3 qualification or equivalent experience;
  • 5 years of experience in domestic project design and delivery;
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit;
