About the Role

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Apprentice Business Services Administrator to join their team. This 18-month fixed-term contract will provide valuable work experience and training in administration, data entry, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the day-to-day operation of the Business Development Team.
  2. Process apprenticeship applications and monitor compliance checks.
  3. Handle telephone and email enquiries.
  4. Maintain the college CRM system.
  5. Assist with events planning.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
