Support Mentor for Vulnerable Students

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Mentor to join our team at The Grange Therapeutic School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable students, promoting their welfare, and helping them achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require additional support, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and encouragement to students, as well as assisting teachers and instructors in the delivery of lessons and activities.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to first-class mental health support services.
