Job Description

We are seeking a Home Performance Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working with customers across the Northwest, assessing their homes for energy efficiency improvements and providing recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a similar role. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £33-35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a car allowance, training opportunities, and excellent progression prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assess homes for energy efficiency improvements and provide recommendations for improvement
  • To work with customers to understand their energy efficiency needs and goals
  • To develop and implement energy efficiency plans for customers
  • To maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and energy efficiency improvements

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. energy efficiency, engineering, architecture)
  • Experience working in a similar role (e.g. retrofit assessor, energy auditor)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices
