**Job description - Retrofit Assessor**
**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**
**Location**: We cover the whole of the UK, therefore it may involve travel and working away from home.
**Qualifications**
- DEA
- Retrofit Assessor in line with PAS2035
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Undertake on site energy assessments and retrofit assessments as required.
- Drawing up accurate floor plans of each property and submitting in-line with retrofit compliance.
- Produce energy performance reports.
- Make recommendations based on assessment findings, liaising with Retrofit Coordinators and designers.
- Completion of all relevant paperwork, including the daily upload of surveys, including pictures and floor plans.
- Undertake all works within remit.
**Requirements**:
- Must hold a Retrofit Assessor qualification.
- Previous experience in a Retrofit Assessor role.
- Must have experience of working within the Eco industry.
- Ideally have experience of working in the residential sector.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage own time and workload.
- Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service
- Flexibility.
- Confident using different technology systems.
- Good problem-solving skills - able to analyse problems and make sound decisions.
- A full UK driver’s licence
**Salary**: Excellent rates of pay, DOE.
