Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

At Commercial Services Group, we are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Tonbridge. As a key member of our Landscape Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and safety of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain health and safety practices and identify potential risks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Complete daily works for customer contracts, providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and use it correctly and safely to prevent accidents.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve concerns or issues, providing a positive experience.
  • Respond to inclement weather conditions, such as snow clearing or flooded areas, to ensure our outdoor spaces remain safe and accessible.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance, with knowledge of horticulture and operational procedures.
  • Demonstrable mowing and related experience, with a focus on maintaining high-quality results.
  • Ability to commute to Tonbridge for work, with a reliable means of transportation.
