About the Role

Commercial Services Group is seeking a seasoned Grounds Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our Landscape Services brand in Tonbridge. With a strong background and expertise in grounds maintenance and landscaping operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our services and the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and managing all teams within your geographical area daily, ensuring they are following all specific routes and rounds.
  • Preparing monthly management reports and attending customer and site meetings.
  • Price and supply quotations for ad-hoc works.
  • Liaising with customers daily and resolving any concerns, difficulties, or issues, and recording progress on our CRM system.
  • Planning and programming work schedules via COMMS 360, as well as leading the way with all digital processes and software, providing support and guidance to the teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a contract management position preferably in grounds maintenance.
  • Proficient understanding of contract agreements and risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior managers and stakeholders.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Understanding and ability to interpret specifications, plans, quotations, and customer requests.
