About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Materials Development Manager to lead and develop our well-established Construction Materials Department at our laboratories in Clapham, London.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advising on and overseeing the testing of various construction materials, including concretes, aggregates, renders, mortars, stone, brick, screeds, and flooring materials.
  2. Developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure high-quality results.
  3. Managing and mentoring a team of materials testing experts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction materials testing and development.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete and related testing methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
