Special Education Support Assistant

Job Summary:
Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Support Assistant to join our team. As a Special Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN
Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
Develop and implement interventions to support students with literacy, numeracy, and phonics
Collaborate with the teaching team to identify and address student needs
Requirements:
Experience working with students with SEN
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability
