Senior Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Team Leader to join our team at Alveston Leys Care Home. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Care Assistants and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About the Role:- Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
- Support the Nurse with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff members to ensure they feel supported and confident in their roles.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses.
- NVQ3 in Care or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.
- An annual salary of approximately £32,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
