iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Part Time Bookkeeper to join their team in Glasgow. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to work in a small team and contribute to the company's financial success.

The Role

The Part Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for a range of financial tasks, including:

  • Financial Transactions: Posting and reconciling payments, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Financial Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Credit Control: Managing and resolving key invoicing and credit control issues.
  • Financial Analysis: Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in financial software, including accounting packages and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to Work to Deadlines: The ability to work to deadlines and meet financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
