About the Job

iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Part Time Bookkeeper to join their team on a 4-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic finance team and potentially transition to a permanent role.

The Role

The Part Time Bookkeeper will work closely with the Leadership team and be responsible for various financial tasks, including:

  • Posting and reconciling payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with VAT returns
  • Processing payments to suppliers
  • Managing and resolving key invoicing and credit control issues
  • Preparing month-end management accounts
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Raising sales invoices
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
